When the plots were chosen, the client travelled to Gran Canaria in order to visit the han picked plots. The day the client and his family arrived to the island they were picked up by a chauffeur at the airport and driven to their hotel where we had arranged extra VIP concierge services.

Two architects were hired and a preliminary project was elaborated in order to help the clients choose which plot they should purchase. The architects finished the preliminary projects and the clients chose a plot. Once the plot was chosen, all the documentation was prepared and everything was ready so that they could sign at the notary. Everything was done and they were gifted with a bottle of champagne at the notary deed signing.
